Pumpkin Carving

Last Wednesday we decided to carve our pumpkin. We have started doing this for family home evening since Jace was born. We were going to do it monday night then Jace got sick. We only do one pumpkin and make it a whole family effort. Daniel cuts the top off. Me and Jace clean it out. I draw the face on. Jace and Daniel carve it out. Jace had such a great time. When we were done he said more more more. By next year I am sure he will be wanting to do his own pumpkin.

Paul gets married

On the 11th Of October Paul got married. He married Ashley Parson. She is such a cute girl and we are glad to have her as part of our family. They got married and had there lunch at the Alumni house at USU. Everything looked so great. She looked so beautiful. I was so busy taking pictures of Jace because he looked so cute in his tux I didn't get any good ones of her. Good thing she had a great photographer.

I was trying on Jace's brown tux for the wedding and he just kept saying cowboy cowboy. It took me a minute to figure he wanted to wear his cowboy hat too. (His hat is from a Big J's kids meal.) I thought he looked pretty cute

Jace goes to school

Last thursday Jace got to go to school with Chalese for about an hour. She needed a two year old for her group in a child development class. Jace was the closest she could get. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to do the things they wanted him to because he isn't even two yet. He did great, even though he didn't get all the question right they asked him he was at least friendly and cooperative. He looked so cute. Easily the cutest kid there for sure. I am glad he is still my little boy and won't be going to school for a few more years, though I am sure it will go by so fast.

Grocery shopping

Me and Melissa went grocery shopping together the other day. Melissa is a way better sport than me. She pushed the car cart around. I hate these carts they are huge and don't steer worth a dang. Benson and Jace were having a great time together as you can see from the picture. Every once in a while Benson would touch Jace's steering wheel and Jace would say mine mine. Then Benson grabbed Jace's ear and Jace hit Benson. Then it was time for seperate carts. (Thanks for the photo I stole off your blog Melissa.)

Homecoming

Chalese made homecoming royalty last weekend. She looked so great in her dress. Me and Jace went to the parade on Wednesday. Due to my blond moment of forgeting to put my memory card in the camera I don't have pictures. These are the pictures from the football game. Jace liked to cheer. It was fun to go to a SV football game. It has been awhile.

FALL

I love fall. There are so many great things about it. The leaves changing. Cooler temperatures. You can start wearing sweaters again. Not worring about weeding or watering the lawn anymore. Apples off my apple tree. A pantry full of food I canned. Halloween candy (candycorn reeses pumpkins). Daniel is almost done with field work. I love living where I get to experience all the seasons.
