cowboys

Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys
Don't let 'em pick guitars and drive them old trucks
Make 'em be doctors and lawyers and such
Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys
They'll never stay home and they're always alone
Even with someone they love
Cowboys ain't easy to love and they're harder to hold

I played this song for Jace today and he has been singing parts of it all day. I am amazed at his memory.

one week old

Ashlyn is doing great. She is such a good baby and doesn't even mind all the noise that her brother makes. I am so enjoying having a little girl. We have never had so much pink in our house. I can't wait till she gets big enough for her bracelets to fit. I have so missed having a baby around to cuddle with and the smell of baby lotion. I am so glad to be feeling great and to be wearing my old jeans.
