Christmas morning.

Christmas morning is a thing that is very different when you are married to dairy farmer. Daniel gets up early to go milk. Then we wait for him to get home. Jace woke up around 7 o'clock. I then had the fun job of keeping him entertained in the bedroom till Daniel got home. I found out that I am only so fun for so long and then he was sick of me. Luckily my mom, dad and Kenzie came around 7:30 and helped out till Daniel got home a little after eight. Then Jace was ready to go in the living room and see what Santa had brought. The first thing he did was stop at the empy plate of cookies. He looked at the plate with a distraught look and kept saying "Cookies gone, Cookies gone." I finally had to tell him to look at all the stuff santa had left for him on the couch. He was then into all of his toys.
Santa maybe left him alot of things , but he has been such a good boy.
This is his new truck and trailor. After going thru all the things that Santa left for us. We hurried off to go talk to to Dallin (Daniel's brother on a mission.) It was great to talk to him. He sounded great and was so happy to talk to Jace and hear how good he can talk now. Then it was of to my Grandpa Clark's for breakfast. This is something we have done every Christmas morning since I can remember. This year was very different and slightly sad because it was the first Christmas without my Grandma. She loved Christmas and made it so special for everyone. We trully do miss her. We all tried our hardest to have a wonderful Christmas without her. We had breakfast, opened presents, and shared a few tears. Even though I miss my Grandma so much I am so glad that we still have my grandpa around. I could tell this was an especially hard day and was glad we could spend time with him.
